Hello Stylish People!
It’s been a while, hasn’t it? More than a year, to be exact. But I’m back—recharged and ready to share fresh insights with you all.
In my last post, I talked about the importance of doing better, making the most of our time, and setting new intentions. A lot has happened since then, both personally and professionally, and I’ve been spending time reflecting on how I can continue to grow and evolve, just like the fashion industry itself. I am excited to share more about that journey with you, and bring you up to speed on my progress.

The year away wasn’t just a pause; it was a time to step back, reassess my goals, figure out what I want this space (my blog) to be and put the time into building The Visual Effect ICA LLC, my new Visual Image Consulting Business (I will share more about that soon!) If you know me, you know I’m passionate about helping others understand the impact of their visual image, on their success and that passion has taken me to new heights in my image consulting work with students, non-profits organizations, and individual women ready to level up their style.
Speaking of style—the thing you are actually here to read about, I have lots of new things planned to share with you! During my time away, I have been reflecting on what content to share in this space and wanting to make sure that it is information that is impactful and useful to my readers. The things that I have learned most while working with clients recently has been how important confidence is and the power that developing your person style has on building that confidence. Whether you’re getting ready for a big career move, a special event, or just looking to freshen up your wardrobe, I want you to find inspiration here that helps to build that confidence.
This post marks the beginning of a renewed focus on consistency and creative content. I’ve learned that progress isn’t always linear, and that’s okay. What matters is showing up, being present, and never giving up on growth. Expect more regular updates from me in the coming weeks!
Thank you for sticking around, if you have been here before, or hello to those newly finding me. I can’t wait to continue this journey with you.

With Style and Grace,✨
- Bianca
